We provide a replacement guarantee for all watches except demonstration models
In the rare event that your watch experiences any defects due to craftsmanship, please inform us immediately. Upon receiving the defective watch, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.
Our analog watches are shipped with a safety tab to preserve battery life during storage. Before reaching out to us, kindly ensure you've removed this tab and fully pressed the crown after setting the time and calendar to activate your watch.
Upon receiving your watch for inspection, if we find a depleted battery, we will replace it as necessary and return the watch to you at your expense. Should the watch still exhibit malfunctions after battery replacement, rest assured, we will provide you with a replacement watch at no additional cost.
Demonstration watches
At times, we may offer for sale our demonstration watches at very discounted rates. These timepieces are essentially brand new, having been utilized for media photography, handled and worn by models/influencers, and tried on and tested by customers. While these watches are indeed essentially brand new and typically come with their original packaging, it's worth noting that they may feature minor markings from use. As they are considered used items, they will not be accompanied by any form of warranty.
